Colley Aerospace is a small business headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama. We provide engineering solutions and subject matter expertise to our customers with a focus on aerospace flight hardware systems, in particular, the stress analysis and airworthiness analysis of fixed-wing, rotary-wing, space-flight, and missile hardware.
We have over 30 years of direct and relevant airworthiness analysis and flight-worthiness analysis experience to meet your product development needs.

Colley Aerospace has a registered Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, which is 4ELF5. We are an assigned supplier for various government and defense agencies. Colley Aerospace maintains an active DD Form 2345 certification, allowing for the receipt of Department of Defense and Canadian military critical technical data.

We have designed, analyzed, and/or developed flight hardware systems on 32 different aviation and spacecraft vehicles.
We have performed the airworthiness/flightworthiness substantiation on hardware and systems that have flown on 33 different Space Shuttle and International Space Station (ISS) missions, 8 different spacecraft and launch vehicles, 12 different helicopter platforms, 8 different fixed-wing aircraft, and 2 unmanned aerial vehicles.
